Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. offers access to attorneys for a small monthly fee. Many of the legal services you need most are prepaid through your membership.

I. Preventive Legal Services

Unlimited phone consultations with the attorneys
Letters and phone calls made on their behalf
Contracts and documents reviewed
Will preparation and annual updates

II. Motor Vehicle Legal Services

Representation in traffic court for moving violations
Legal defense for certain motor vehicle related criminal charges
2.5 hours annually of assistance with driver’s license and personal injury and property damage

III. Trial Defense

60 hours of legal defense for civil lawsuits in the first year
Coverage increases 60 per year for the first five years, providing 300 total hours from the fifth year forward

IV. IRS Audit Legal Services

50 hours annually to assist with audits

V. Other Legal Services

25% discount on all other legal services

VI. Legal Shield

24/7 access to their attorneys in the event of detention or arrest

Family Plan Cost:
$4.25 per week, ($17.00 per month) plus a one time $10.00 enrollment fee. An Expanded Family plan which adds additional trial defense hours is available for $26.00 per month.
